Web Analytics (Google Tag Manager)
With your consent (cookie banner), I use Google Tag Manager (container `GTM-MVPFNPQW`), which deploys Google Analytics 4 and, where applicable, other measurement tools configured within the container, to understand the number of visits and improve site content.
- Data processed: cookie identifiers, pages visited, device and traffic source, and interactions that GA4 records automatically (scrolling, outbound clicks, downloads, internal site search, video engagement), all aggregated and not directly identifying the individual.

- Recipient: Google LLC, which may process this data outside the European Economic Area under standard contractual clauses. More information in Google's Privacy Policy.

If you contract a service, I process the data necessary to execute it (those detailed in the signed proposal: your organization's contact details, project information).
- Legal basis: performance of a contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- Retention: for the duration of the contractual relationship and, once terminated, for the applicable statutory periods (commercial, tax).
Data Recipients
Data is not shared with third parties except under legal obligation, and except for the data processing arrangement described in the Web Analytics section (Google LLC, as the analytics tool provider).
Your Rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing, and data portability at any time by writing to contact@josegalindo.net. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) if you believe the processing does not comply with regulations.
